We are proud to be able to deliver a full service including MEP and building packages throughout Northern Ireland ranging from carrying out projects on single sites to working on multiple sites concurrently to deliver installation and maintenance services. We have a wide range of experience and in-house expertise in all ranges of building services to ensure we deliver all works to a high quality standard and in line with all statutory compliance regulations.
Installation
At LM Services, we understand the installation quality of any project is key and all our installations are delivered using our extremely skilled management and engineers in line with our high level of quality, legislation, and accreditations all of which give our end-users the confidence that M&E and building installations are delivered right first time and to the highest standards.
Response and Reactive Maintenance
We carry out response and reactive maintenance for MEP and building services for a wide variety of clients and ensure we provide a 24 hour 365 day call out service to meet the needs of our clients. We deliver this service throughout the entirety of Northern Ireland with a fleet and mobile workforce available to meet the response times required and aim to provide a first time fix every time to ensure the buildings and their systems are up and minimise any downtime for the client.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Prevention is better than cure and at LM Services we believe that maintaining your existing and new systems will increase the efficiency and life cycle of the building and its elements. We provide a tailored solution to our clients to carry out preventative maintenance and inspections to reduce breakdowns whilst focusing on ensuring the existing systems are as energy efficient as possible.
Commissioning
Commissioning in a co-operative approach between LM Services and the end-user which allows us to plan and deliver effective handover to the client including training and efficient use of the installed systems. We carry out functionality testing as systems become available ensuring any issues are resolved at an early stage and reduces the time spent on final handover as verification and witnessing take places throughout the project and works.
