Our experience within the education sector is in the form of M&E NEC3 Term Service Short Contracts, of which we currently have contracts with four of the five Education Authority regions in Northern Ireland. These contracts cover maintenance, cyclical and planned works, and task orders, usually ranging in value between £10.00 and £500,000.00. Due to the nature of the working environment we ensure;

- utilisation of extensive Supply Chain
- defect free working
- critical incident avoidance and management
- compliance with Education Authority Code of Conduct
- all personnel to be Access NI cleared
Healthcare
Our experience with the healthcare sector comes from working within some of Northern Ireland’s biggest hospitals, the Royal Victoria, the Belfast City, the Ulster and Antrim Area Hospitals. We currently have the Electrical Measured Term Contract for The Belfast City Hospital, with the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. Due to the nature of the working environment we ensure;
- phased and out of hours working to minimise disruption
- decant arrangements
- sites to remain live and fully operational
- collaborative working with Estates and Hospital staff
- strict infection control and permits to work
- 24hr 365 day response maintenance
Transport
Our experience within the Transport sector comes from working with Translink. This work is on both Rail and Bus Stations/Offices/Workshops. We have had contracts with Translink, which covered Electrical Testing & Response Maintenance, due to the nature of the working environment we ensure;

- all personnel working close or on railways had PTS Training
- phased and out of hours working to minimise disruption
